Congregation
The most important musicians every Sunday are the members of our congregation who join us to lift up our voices to God. Whether you are joining in praise, worship, lament or despair, God wishes to hear your voice.
Pilgrim Choir
The Pilgrim Lutheran Church Choir is an adult ensemble of approximately twenty singers. The choir is open to any interested singer high school age and older, without audition, who enjoys part-singing to the glory of God.
The full PLC Choir sings for worship services from September – May. Several ladies in the choir also have their own separate ensemble, the Grace Notes, which sings regularly throughout the year. During the Advent season, the choir presents an annual Service of Lessons and Carols in conjunction with the Santa Lucia Vesper Tea put on by the Pilgrim Lutheran Church Women.
Are you a Musician?
Pilgrim is consistently growing and recognizing that the church in the 21st Century is different than the previous century. We welcome all talents and abilities to join us in creating music of worship and connection, whether wanting to be in the choir - sing or play for special music or join a small ensemble to lead a hymn, we welcome all!

Curtis Hanson has been choir director since February 2001 continuing Pilgrim’s strong musical heritage. He is a professional musician, voice teacher, singer, conductor, and published composer. His biography has been published in Who’s Who in America and Who's Who in American Education. To view, hear, and purchase any of Hanson's music please visit
